World environment day

“Every Day is World Environment Day” – Keeping this thought in our mind our school celebrated World Environment Day on 5^th of June 2016. Two of the renowned person Arup Ballav Goswami and Deepakan Lahkar were invited for this purpose.

Our school collaboration with IDBI bank also organized an art competition for all students. It was followed by a cultural programme which started with lightening of ‘Dia’ by the respected Guest and Principal Sir, followed by felicitation of Guest , welcome song by teachers, address of welcome by Principal Sir, Presentation by both the Guests. A dance-drama was presented on environment by class VI students. Prize were distributed for Drawing competition and at last vote of thanks, the programme ended with Shanti Mantra.
